Our teak protector is perfect for maintaining the golden buttery colour of teak for longer. Fast and easy to apply, it offers a natural colour after application in comparison to some other products. Whereas teak oil can often cause black spots on teak, our teak protector prevents black spots. As our teak protector is water-based, it is not oily or greasy so clothes stay clean. Most teak oils and sealers contain hazardous solvents/VOCs, but our teak protector is water-based and solvent-free.
Our dual-action teak shield will help to make your teak wood furniture water and dirt repellent as well as maintain the silver-grey patina of weathered teak. The teak shield is a water-based, barely visible wood impregnator that makes it difficult for wine, olive oil, butter, or coffee to seep into teak ensuring that after a meal your teak table can be simply wiped with a damp cloth without any unsightly stains remaining. If you have weathered teak, the shield will maintain the colour while protecting against mould and mildew growth.
Each 1 Litre bottle will cover approximately 7 sq. metres.
You will need a soft cloth for application (not included).
